This is not a training job. We need someone who has already sold tree work, can walk a property and price it right, and knows how to close. The leads come in from our advertising. Your job is to turn those estimates into signed work for our two crews.
You drive out to the property, walk the job with the homeowner, figure out what it's going to take and put a price on it. Removals, trimming, stump grinding, storm work. Then you close it, on the spot if you can, or you stay on it until it's signed. You're not knocking doors. The homeowner already asked us to come out.
The leads come in from our advertising and get booked on your schedule. You show up on time, every time, across Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties.
Size up the tree, the access, what's underneath it and how much cleanup it takes. Price it so the crew can do it right and the company makes money.
Explain the work so the homeowner trusts it, handle the price question, and ask for the job. A pile of estimates that never sign doesn't help anybody.
The homeowner who wanted to think about it, the one waiting on a second quote. You stay on them until it's a yes or a real no.
You'll have a daily sales number to hit. What you sell today is what our crews are cutting next week.
